Because our products are shipped after order confirmation, we generally do not accept returns simply because you changed your mind or no longer want the product.

Please carefully check the product details before placing your order.

3. Damaged or Incorrect Orders

If your product arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, contact us as soon as possible.

We may request photos or videos of the product and packaging to verify the issue.

4. Return Shipping

The refund method and processing time may vary depending on the payment method used for the order.

For Cash on Delivery orders, any approved refund will be arranged through an appropriate payment method agreed with the customer.

6. Order Cancellation

You may request cancellation of an order before it has been dispatched.

Once an order has been dispatched, cancellation may no longer be possible.
